How Coaching Works

What is coaching?

Coaching is a guided journey to help you explore your story, understand relational patterns, and live with greater freedom and authenticity. If you’re facing personal or relational challenges or feel stuck despite past efforts (including therapy), coaching can be a powerful path to reconnecting with who you’re meant to be.

How often will we meet and for what duration?

For real momentum and lasting change, I offer coaching in sets of 12 weekly sessions. You will find that the intentionality of scheduling 12 sessions creates a steady rhythm and focus that sets the stage for true transformation and also creates natural check in points to ensure your goals are being met.

How will coaching impact my life?

After 12 sessions, you’ll gain powerful insights into your story and see clearly how past wounds shape your style of relating. You’ll experience more compassion for yourself and feel freer to engage authentically with others.


After 24 sessions, you’ll feel more deeply grounded and confident in who you are. You’ll have a greater ability to rest as you experience the healing that comes from grieving well and the joy of deeper relational connections.

After 36 sessions, you’ll show up with a profound new depth, equipped to set boundaries with confidence and to experience joy and connection in ways others will notice and respond to.

How much does coaching cost?

Individual coaching sessions are 55 minutes and $195 per session, which can be paid for at the time of the session via credit card.

Coaching is not covered by health insurance.

Is coaching worth the financial investment?

While coaching is indeed a financial commitment, the more important question might be, “What is the cost of staying stuck?” Coaching is a sacred journey of growth and transformation. The investment you make is an investment in your future self, your closest relationships, and your life’s purpose.
